Every second your site takes to load is somebody hitting the back button, or Google quietly moving you down the rankings. Speed matters more than most people realise, and it's usually fixable. This is a proper audit followed by the hands-on work to put it right, for a fixed fee of £495.
Anyone whose site feels sluggish, or who's been told their Core Web Vitals need work and doesn't much fancy finding out what that means. Most people focus on how their site looks, which is fair enough, but how it performs decides whether anybody sticks around to look at it.
A full performance audit first. I run the site through the industry standard tools and then read the results against your actual setup rather than handing you a generic printout. Core Web Vitals, load times, time to first byte, the lot.

You get a plain English report at the end along with your before and after scores, so the difference is a number rather than a feeling. If I spot anything else along the way that would help your SEO or usability, I'll flag it so you can decide what to do about it.
I work on a staging copy wherever possible, so there's no risk of your live site falling over while I'm inside it. Where a change has to go straight onto production, you'll know before it happens.
No jargon in the report either. Whether you're a marketing manager, a business owner or somebody who just wants the site to be quicker, you'll be able to read it and understand what was wrong and what I did about it.
And if your site turns out to already be fast, I'll tell you that, rather than inventing work to justify the invoice.

I'll be in touch to sort out access to your site's admin area and, ideally, your hosting control panel. Everything is stored securely and deleted once the work is done.
I go through the whole site rather than just the homepage, and work out what's actually holding it back. Some of it will be obvious and some of it really won't be.
The optimisations get made directly, on a staging environment wherever possible, then deployed cleanly so nothing goes down while it's happening.
I run the scores again and put them next to where you started, so you can see exactly what changed rather than taking my word for it.
